Pineapple Pancake


You will need:

1 cup Flour

1 cup Milk

1 Egg

1 Tbsp of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 Tbsp. melted Butter

Slices of Pineapple (drain)


Steps:

In a bowl combine ingredients together except for the pineapple.

In a nonstick pan (low to medium heat), 

pour in the batter large enough to accommodate the pineapple slice.

Top with the pineapple, once bubbles starts to appear,

 carefully flip to the other side.

Serve with your favorite pancake toppings 

(syrup or powdered sugar)

Note: Food coloring may be added
