PINANGAT NA ISDA RECIPE

You will need:

5 pcs fish of your choice
(I used mackerel)
4 pcs medium tomatoes
½ cup calamansi juice
 1 small onion, finely slice
slice of ginger, chopped
1 ½ cups water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. peppercorn

Steps:

Arrange the Fish and the vegetables in a pot.
Pour the calamansi juice with the water.
Season with salt and peppercorn.
Bring to boil.
Simmer over medium heat until the fish is cooked.
Serve with rice.
