SKINLESS LONGGANISA RECIPE


You will need:
½ kg ground pork
1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons fine salt

1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced




Steps:
Combine ground pork, sugar, soy sauce, garlic,
hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix everything preferably by hand until well incorporated.
On a plastic cling wrap, spoon about 1 tablespoon of
 pork mixture and form into a log.
Roll and wrap tightly twisting the sides.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Arrange in a ziplock container and freeze.


To cook, remove plastic wrap.
Heat pan over medium heat and place about
2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Fry longganisa, turning once or twice,
until golden and cooked.
