EGG AND BACON FRIED RICE RECIPE

BACONSILOG


You will need: 

1 tablespoon oil 
 3 large eggs, beaten 
250 grams bacon, cut into squares 
1 onion, diced
 5 cups cooked rice, refrigirated
 1 teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon sugar 
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce 
black pepper, 
to taste 2 scallions, chopped  

Steps:

Heat pan over medium heat, add the oil and cook the beaten eggs,
 cut into smaller pieces and set aside. 
 In the same pan add the bacon and cook it in your preference,
 once desired crispiness is achieved, 
 set aside the bacon together with the egg. 
 Using the same pan with the bacon grease, 
add the onion and stir-fry it until translucent. 
Once they're translucent, 
add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes, break up any clumps. 
Add the salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Give it a good stir for another minute. 
 You may sprinkle the rice with water or chicken stock if you find it a little bit dry. 
 Lastly, stir in the scrambled eggs, bacon, pepper, and scallions. 
Serve. Happy
