A crêpe or crepe is
a French word but derived from Latin word "crispa" which
means "curled". It is a kind of a thin pancake.
You will
need:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup
milk
1/2 cup
water
1/4
teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoon melted butter
Steps:
Stir the flour and the egg together.
Slowly add
in the milk and water.
Add the
salt and butter;
blend the
ingredients until it becomes smooth.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium high.
Scoop about
1/4 cup of the batter and pour it on the pan.
Tilting the
pan with a circular motion
so
batter is distributed and coats the surface evenly.
Cook each
crepe for about 2 minutes,
until the bottom is light brown.
Flip and
cook the other side.
Serve with
your favorite toppings.
